New Patient Consult

Our New Patient Consult is where our partnership with you truly begins. During this unrushed visit, we sit down together-either by telehealth or, when appropriate, in your home-to walk through your full health story. We review your medical history, current concerns, chronic conditions, medications, supplements, and previous diagnoses so we can understand the bigger picture rather than focus on one symptom at a time.

You can expect detailed questions about your day-to-day life: sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. As a board-certified adult/gerontology nurse practitioner, Dani uses this information to identify patterns, potential root causes, and safety issues such as high-risk drug combinations or missed preventive screenings.

Together, we will:
- Clarify your health priorities and goals in plain language.
- Review your medication list to spot possible side effects or duplications.
- Discuss needed labs, imaging, or preventive screenings based on your age, risk factors, and personal history.
- Begin an integrative care plan that may include lifestyle changes, anti-inflammatory eating, and conventional treatments.

By the end of the visit, you leave with a clear, written next-step plan-what will be ordered, what we are watching closely, and when to follow up. This consult is ideal if you feel lost in the healthcare system, have seen multiple specialists, or simply want a consistent primary care partner who knows your full story and respects your preferences.

New Patient Consults are available via telehealth for adults in our licensed states and as part of our in-home care offering in and around Tulsa, OK.
