Telehealth Visit

A Telehealth Visit with our practice offers full primary care support from the comfort of your own space-no driving, waiting room, or arranging childcare. Using a secure audio/video platform, we connect face-to-face so you receive thoughtful, relationship-based care wherever you are.

Telehealth Visits are ideal for managing chronic conditions, reviewing new symptoms, adjusting medications, and checking in on lifestyle changes such as anti-inflammatory eating or movement plans. Before your appointment, you can upload recent blood pressure readings, glucose logs, or home weight measurements so we can review them together in real time.

During your visit we can:
- Discuss new or ongoing concerns in depth.
- Refill or adjust medications when appropriate and safe.
- Order labs or imaging and then schedule a Lab Review appointment to go over results.
- Update your integrative care plan so it fits your current season of life.

We walk you through each step of the technology process, and most patients simply click a link from their phone, tablet, or computer to join. If you are nervous about telehealth, we can offer a brief test connection or use your free 15-minute consultation to help you feel comfortable with the platform.

Telehealth Visits are available for adults established in our practice who live in Oklahoma and in our additional cash-pay telehealth states. You will see the same nurse practitioner over time, so even though the visit is virtual, the relationship is not. Our focus is continuity, clarity, and practical guidance you can act on immediately after you hang up.
